Welcome to Northern Colorado Santa! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use.

  • Our services are intended for families and individuals seeking holiday-themed experiences.

  • By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Services Provided

  • Santa Letters: Personalized letters created uniquely for each child.

  • Event Bookings: In-person or virtual Santa experiences, as described on our website.

3. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Santa Letters: Non-refundable due to personalization.

  • Event Bookings: Eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. See our [Refund Policy] for full details.

5. Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if requested at least 72 hours before the event.

  • Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and at our discretion.

6. Holiday Rush Clause

  • For peak dates (e.g., Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), all bookings are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling may not be available due to high demand.

7. Liability

  • Northern Colorado Santa is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, technical issues).

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Northern Colorado Santa and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and only use personal information to fulfill your order or booking. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

To ensure a joyful and magical experience for everyone, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines:

  • Respectful Behavior: Families and guests are expected to treat Santa, his helpers, and other participants with kindness and respect.

  • Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. Late arrivals may shorten your visit and cannot be extended.

  • Photography & Recording: Personal photos are welcome, but professional photography or video recording requires prior approval.

  • Supervision of Children: Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times during events.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate end of the visit without refund.
