At Northern Colorado Santa, our goal is to bring warmth, joy, and a little holiday magic to every family we serve. While we hope every experience exceeds expectations, here’s how we handle cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling:
🎁 Letters from Santa

All Santa Letters are non-refundable since they are custom-made and personalized for each person.
🎄 Event Bookings

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy

Families may reschedule their booking once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

If a new date cannot be arranged, the cancellation policy above will apply.
🎅 Holiday Rush Clause

For peak dates (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), all bookings are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling during these dates may not be available due to high demand.

We encourage families to book early and double-check their schedules before reserving these special times.
⏳ Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
