Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Northern Colorado Santa, our goal is to bring warmth, joy, and a little holiday magic to every family we serve. While we hope every experience exceeds expectations, here’s how we handle cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling:

🎁 Letters from Santa​​

  • All Santa Letters are non-refundable since they are custom-made and personalized for each person.

🎄 Event Bookings

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

  • Families may reschedule their booking once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

  • If a new date cannot be arranged, the cancellation policy above will apply.

🎅 Holiday Rush Clause

  • For peak dates (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), all bookings are final and non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling during these dates may not be available due to high demand.

  • We encourage families to book early and double-check their schedules before reserving these special times.

⏳ Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Order number

  • Name and email used for booking

  • Brief description of your request

❄️ Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued for missed events without prior cancellation.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
